Godrej Properties Awards Tata Projects ₹1,100 Crore Construction Contract for Gurgaon Luxury Projects
New Delhi, May 23, 2026: Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has partnered with Tata Projects for the core and shell construction of three upcoming luxury residential developments along Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road. Valued at approximately ₹1,100 crore, the deal represents the largest single construction contract awarded by Godrej Properties to date, Godrej Properties said in a press release.
The contract spans three premium developments: Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and the upcoming 7.41-acre Godrej Samaris in Sector 53. This collaboration marks the first partnership between the two companies. Tata Projects brings more than 45 years of experience to the projects, with a portfolio of landmark infrastructure including New Delhi’s New Parliament Building, the Noida International Airport, and Mumbai’s Atal Setu.
