Arkade Developers Posts 19% Revenue Surge in FY26
Mumbai, May, 2026: Arkade Developers Limited, a real estate developer in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), today announced its financial and operational performance for the fiscal year 2026. Powered by sustained residential demand and disciplined execution, the company recorded a 17% year-on-year growth in pre-sales to ₹901 crore and a 19% increase in total revenue to ₹828 crore. The fourth quarter alone witnessed an impressive 48% year-on-year revenue spike, reaching ₹199 crore, while annual collections stood at ₹728 crore. Arkade maintains a robust balance sheet with net debt at ₹73 crore and a conservative net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.08, the company said in a press release.
The company substantially expanded its future pipeline to an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹12,800 crore across approximately 4.25 million square feet of saleable carpet area. Recent expansion milestones include securing cluster redevelopment rights for nine societies in Kandivali East, spanning three acres with an anticipated GDV of approximately ₹1,100 crore. Additionally, Arkade finalized the strategic acquisition of Filmistan Private Limited and the ownership rights of the iconic Filmistan property in Goregaon West, which it plans to develop into a landmark ultra-luxury residential project with an estimated GDV of ₹3,500 crore.
The consolidation of ownership under Arkade Developers required a restructuring process to adjust previous tenancy rights, resulting in a one-time, non-operational exceptional accounting impact of approximately ₹182 crore in the consolidated FY26 financial statements. Management clarified that this adjustment does not reflect the underlying operational strength of the business, which remains highly profitable. The upcoming Filmistan project is projected to contribute cumulatively between ₹1,000 crore and ₹1,200 crore to the company’s bottom line over the next three to five years, subject to final approvals.
