Vertex Group Unveils DK Vertex, A Full-Stack Smart Co-Working Platform

New Delhi, June 10, 2026: Global technology powerhouse Vertex Group has announced the launch of DK Vertex, marking the debut of India’s first full-stack smart co-working platform. Backed by a ₹300 crore investment, the initiative aims to accelerate and scale the Indian business ecosystem by providing a comprehensive suite of integrated services including IT, InfoSec, payroll, hiring, analytics, and account management through a single digital platform. The service is launching with a massive footprint of one million square feet and over 10,000 tech-enabled, built-to-suit seats across seven state-of-the-art facilities located in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, Vertex Group said in a press release.
The launch comes at a pivotal time for India’s flexible workspace sector, which is projected to grow from USD 307.5 million in 2025 to USD 890.5 million by 2034. DK Vertex distinguishes itself by addressing the fragmented service delivery and operational complexities that have historically plagued the co-working market. In addition to traditional office infrastructure, the platform offers an integrated recreational business ecosystem that features podcast and content studios, ad shoot spaces, wellness zones, recharge pods, crèches, and AI-powered concierge support, all designed to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
Currently, the platform has rolled out five premium locations in Delhi-NCR alongside flagship sites in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Seat pricing is positioned between ₹6,000 and ₹18,000 per month, covering all major amenities. Of the total space, 700,000 square feet is dedicated to workspaces while 300,000 square feet is reserved for ancillary and recreational areas. The company reports that 6,000 seats are already live with a 75% occupancy rate, featuring a client roster of high-growth startups, MSMEs, and over 15 Fortune 500 companies. An additional 4,000 built-to-suit seats are expected to come online within the next two months.

Gagan Arora, Founder & President of Vertex Group, highlighted that the platform was born out of a necessity to fix the shortcomings of traditional office models. He stated, “The inspiration for DK Vertex came from our own journey scaling businesses in India. We saw first-hand how traditional workspaces were built for occupancy, not for how companies actually operate and grow. There were persistent gaps such as traditional providers leaving companies juggling with multiple vendors and administrative headaches, resulting in inefficiencies and missed opportunities for collaboration and employee well-being. With DK Vertex, we’re offering a one-stop, full-stack, AI-powered platform where companies can focus on innovation and their people, and let us handle everything else.”
By unifying value-added services and lifestyle amenities, DK Vertex seeks to move away from the “landlord-tenant” relationship toward a comprehensive business enablement model. As international brands make up 70% of the current occupants, the platform is positioning itself as the preferred entry and growth vehicle for global enterprises and ambitious local companies looking for an adaptive, tech-powered environment.
