Navin’s Launches New 60-Foot Access Road to Connect Starwood Towers and Medavakkam Community
Chennai, June 16, 2026: In a bid to enhance local infrastructure and accessibility, real estate developer Navin’s has inaugurated a new 60-foot-wide entry road. The newly laid road directly connects the Navin’s Starwood Towers residential development with the neighboring Medavakkam community, promising to ease daily commuter movement and foster long-term growth in the area, Navin’s said in a press release.
Launched as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, the project aims to significantly improve local connectivity and deliver sustainable benefits to both the residents of the tower and the wider neighborhood.
The official Road Opening Ceremony was attended by several prominent figures, including V. Jeyachandran, President of the Medavakkam Panchayat. Representing the developer were Kalyanaraman, Chief Operating Officer of Navin’s; Prabhakar, Vice President – Technical; and Giridharan, General Manager – Purchase. Members and office bearers of the SWT Associations were also present to mark the occasion.
