Motiaz Group Unveils Mixed-Use Commercial Project ‘Motiaz Capital One’ and New Corporate Logo

Chandigarh, June 30: Regional real estate developer Motiaz Group has launched ‘Motiaz Capital One’, a landmark mixed-use commercial development strategically situated at the prominent NH-7/PR-7 (Airport Road) junction in Zirakpur. The announcement was made alongside the unveiling of the company’s new corporate logo during a media briefing at Hotel Mountview, led by Mukul Bansal, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Motiaz Group, the company said in a press release.

Addressing the media, Mukul Bansal told reporters: “Under a refreshed identity the Motiaz legacy will be taken ahead with delivery of some very innovative projects. We are starting this foray with the announcement of ‘Motiaz Capital One’.” He further informed that the project recently secured its approval from the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
