Hyderabad, July 1, 2026: The Cascades Neopolis, a ₹3,169 crore residential project by GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP, has collaborated with one of the world’s leading beauty brands, L’Occitane en Provence from France, to provide a curated, Provençal-inspired better-being sanctuary to its future residents. The partnership reflects a shared vision to make everyday living more attuned, unhurried, and sensory-rich, offering residents a restorative space where Provençal well-being traditions meet modern urban life through comfort, calm, care, and quiet renewal. Spa L’Occitane en Provence will be operated in India by Sanghvi Brands Limited, ensuring that the spa experience is delivered in alignment with the Maison’s global standards to create a world-class wellness and living experience, GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra said in a press release.
UHA London as Concept Architect, Coopers Hill Singapore as Landscape Architect, Studio HBA Singapore for amenities interior design, Buro Happold (UK) for Structural Engineering, and international concierge services by Quintessentially are the other leading players currently working closely on this project. The 63-storey, 217-meter-tall mega residential project is fast-rising in Neopolis and is slated to be completed by March 2030. Rooted in the heritage of Haute-Provence, Spa L’Occitane en Provence at The Cascades Neopolis is envisioned as a serene environment shaped by restorative treatments, expert gestures, refined protocols, and the Maison’s signature spa savoir-faire. The space will be designed to evoke serenity through natural textures, warm finishes, soft lighting, and an atmosphere of quiet indulgence where every touchpoint is curated to create a soothing journey from arrival through each treatment.
The spa menu will feature signature treatments developed by Spa L’Occitane en Provence’s in-house spa experts and delivered through expert hands, with product expertise, testing, and efficacy validation supported by its laboratories and research partners. The experience is built around four core holistic pillars: Longevity, revealing timeless rejuvenation for the skin; Regeneration, renewing energy through the art and science of sleep; Balance, harmonising the body, mind, and emotions; and Vitality, restoring mental and physical energy.
