R&M Podium VII Brings Real Estate’s Biggest Voices Together in New Delhi

New Delhi, 10th July 2026: Realty & More successfully hosted the seventh edition of R&M Podium VII at The Claridges, New Delhi, bringing together developers, regulators, investors and industry leaders for an evening dedicated to the future of Indian real estate. Themed “Redefining Real Estate | Rewriting the Next Decade,” the discussion forum once again established itself as one of the sector’s most credible platforms for candid conversation and cross-industry dialogue.
The evening opened with registration and a networking hi-tea at 3:00 pm, setting a warm and collaborative tone for the sessions that followed.
An Inaugural Session Marked by Regulatory Leadership
The Inaugural Session began with the traditional Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a welcome address from Palash Roy, Editor, Realty & More, who set the context for the evening’s discussions.
The centerpiece of the inaugural session was the presence of four RERA Chairpersons on a single stage — a rare and significant gathering that underscored the event’s regulatory credibility:

- Anand Kumar, Chairman, Delhi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Delhi RERA)

- Rakesh Goyal, Chairman, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab (RERA Punjab)
Each Chairperson addressed the gathering, offering their perspectives on regulation, compliance and the road ahead for real estate governance across North India. The session also included a special RearCo presentation.
Three Panel Discussions, Three Critical Conversations
Panel I: Lifestyle & Liveability – Altering Skylines
Moderated by Ashim B. Chowdhury, Sr. Vice President, Research & Advisory, ANAROCK Group, the opening panel explored whether homes today are defined more by lifestyle experiences than by location alone. The discussion featured a strong developer line-up: Amit Modi (County Group), Gunjan Bhan (CBRE India), Salil Kumar (CRC Group), Siddharth Jain (Tulip Group & President, NAREDCO NextGen NCR), Yamini Agarwal (Nimbus Group), Yateesh Wahaal (M3M) and Yukti Nagpal (Gulshan Group).
Panel II: Commercial Real Estate – Future Ready Footprints
The second panel turned the spotlight to commercial and retail real estate, examining whether the segment is equipped to adapt to a rapidly changing world. Moderated by Yogeshwar Sharma, Chief of Business Development and Leasing, DLF, the panel brought together Deepak Yadav (Shoppers Stop), Deepak Dureja (Propickle Technologies), Roshy Chhillar (Landmark Group), Sakshi Goel (CBRE India), Sonakshi Wadhawan (Rise Infraventures) and Saumya Kumar (Incuspaze).
Panel III: The RERA Decade – Wins, Failures & The Road Ahead
The final and most anticipated panel of the evening asked a hard-hitting question: has RERA truly delivered on its promise of trust and transparency in real estate? Moderated by Palash Roy, Editor, Realty & More, this session reunited all four RERA Chairpersons — Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy, Anand Kumar, Parneet Singh Sachdev and Mr. Rakesh Goyal — alongside senior industry voices Harsh Vardhan Bansal (Co-founder, Unity Group), L N Jha (Director, SKA), Sanjeev Ailawadi (Legal Head, Max Estates) and Suresh Garg (CMD, Nirala World). The panel offered a candid decade-in-review of RERA’s impact, challenges and the reforms still needed.
The evening concluded with dinner and drinks from 8:00 pm onwards, giving attendees the opportunity to continue conversations in a more informal setting.
