Capacit’e Infraprojects Secures ₹482 Crore Super High-Rise Order In Mumbai

Mumbai, July 16, 2026: Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a major construction contract valued at approximately ₹482 crore, excluding taxes and cess, from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited. The project falls under the Super High-Rise category and entails the execution of civil works and civil finishes for Tower T5, located in the Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai. The comprehensive build will encompass basements, podiums, a clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses, and the terrace level, Capacit’e Infraprojects said in a press release.

The company emphasized that the contract reflects its growing presence and specialized capability in handling high-complexity urban infrastructure developments. The project adds significantly to the company’s existing order book in the high-rise segment, which remains a key growth driver for the engineering and construction firm in major Indian metros.
