SKA Group Launches SKA Atlantis In Siddharth Vihar, Expands Its Luxury Residential Portfolio
Ghaziabad, July 21, 2026: NCR-based luxury real estate developer SKA Group has announced the launch of SKA Atlantis, a new premium residential development located in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. Spread over a four-acre land parcel, the project will feature three high-rise towers comprising a mix of 3-BHK and 4-BHK residences. The launch marks a further expansion of SKA Group’s presence across the National Capital Region, where the developer has established a track record of completing projects ahead of their RERA-mandated possession dates, SKA Group said in a press release.
The rollout of SKA Atlantis coincides with growing residential demand in Siddharth Vihar, driven by ongoing infrastructure developments and expanding social amenities in the area. The project’s master plan prioritizes green open spaces, featuring a podium-level design that ensures zero vehicular movement at the surface level to create safer, pedestrian-friendly landscaped areas. In total, approximately 119,000 square feet has been dedicated strictly to greenery and resident amenities.
The planned facilities include an indoor all-weather swimming pool, an outdoor pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, a yoga studio, a squash court, a co-working space, guest accommodations, and age-specific activity zones tailored for toddlers, teenagers, and senior citizens.

SKA Group confirmed it has fully acquired the project land from the UP Awas Vikas Parishad. The development is scheduled for completion over the next five years, with final possession targeted for 2031. The complex will feature the 37-story Atlas tower alongside two 34-story towers named Eden-Aqua and Coral-Bliss. Residential unit sizes range from 1,549 square feet for a 3 BHK layout up to 2,989 square feet for a 4 BHK layout with servant quarters, with launch prices starting at ₹10,499 per square foot.
The location offers direct access to key transit corridors, including the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, NH-24, local metro networks, and the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), providing connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. Connectivity is expected to improve further with the upcoming Noida International Airport via the FNG Expressway, alongside the continued growth of surrounding schools, healthcare facilities, and retail centers.
The new project adds to SKA Group’s existing real estate portfolio, which includes completed developments such as SKA Arcadia, SKA Orion, SKA Divya Tower, SKA Skardi Greens, SKA Metro Ville, and SKA Green Arch—all of which achieved handover ahead of their committed RERA timelines. SKA Atlantis joins the developer’s active under-construction lineup, which currently includes SKA Imperia, SKA Estate, and SKA Divine.
