New Delhi, November 4, 2026: Indian artificial intelligence-powered real estate customer relationship management platform Leadrat has officially launched operations in Abu Dhabi as part of its Middle East expansion strategy, according to an official press release.

The company, which initially entered the United Arab Emirates market through Dubai in February 2024, had acquired around 15 clients in Abu Dhabi via virtual operations before establishing an on-ground presence. The regional rollout is aimed at capitalizing on the growth of Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector and the rising demand for industry-specific technology solutions.

Leadrat currently maintains two sales team members in Abu Dhabi, supported by its India-based team for customer support, implementation, and after-sales assistance. Having captured more than 20 percent of the market in Dubai, the firm plans to leverage its existing infrastructure and platform adaptations—including localized real estate terminology and workflows—to scale its operations in the emirate.

“Leadrat should not just be the number one CRM in India; our next goal is to become the leading real estate CRM across the Gulf as well. The Abu Dhabi expansion is an important step towards that vision,” said Himanshu Kumar, Founder and CEO of Leadrat, in the release.

Following the Abu Dhabi launch, Leadrat plans to expand its operational footprint into Oman and Saudi Arabia as part of a two- to three-year strategy to establish itself across the Gulf region.
