Siddha Sky Begins Possession Handover For 360 Homebuyers At Wadala

Mumbai, July 21, 2026: In a significant milestone for Central Mumbai’s real estate market, joint venture partners Siddha Group and Sejal Group, in partnership with StarOm Group, have received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for Phase 1 of their flagship residential project, Siddha Sky, located in Wadala. With the regulatory clearance secured, the developers have officially commenced the possession handover process to 360 homeowners, they said in a press release.
The initial phase includes Tower 1A, named Capella, which forms part of a larger planned residential complex comprising five 39-storey towers. The newly completed phase offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-BHK apartment configurations. According to the developers, the majority of buyers in this initial phase are end-users, underscoring sustained housing demand across Wadala as the micro-market benefits from major infrastructure developments, including new metro connectivity, the Eastern Freeway, and proximity to key commercial hubs.

First launched in November 2021, Siddha Sky has been positioned as a lifestyle-driven high-rise development featuring several unique architectural and service amenities. Prominent among these is a continuous Rooftop Skywalk connecting all five towers, as well as an integrated drone delivery service designed to facilitate automated parcel drop-offs for residents.
Highlighting the importance of the milestone, Samyak Jain, Director, Siddha Group, said, “For homebuyers, possession is the real milestone. This handover marks the culmination of a long journey shaped by countless hours and hands with dedicated effort. It’s a transition from construction to community living. More than just homes, these spaces open doors to infinite possibilities.”

Jain further added, “And as residents move in, it marks the beginning of a new chapter together. This development has been envisioned to offer more than just housing, as it brings together design, connectivity and lifestyle in a rapidly evolving micro-market like Wadala. The introduction of features such as the Rooftop Skywalk, a first in Mumbai, is part of our effort to reimagine how residents engage with shared spaces in high-rise living.”
Alongside the skywalk and drone capabilities, the broader development is designed around an array of curated resident amenities. These include a 22,000-square-foot clubhouse, dedicated green zones marketed as a “home in the forest,” a sanctuary pavilion, a celestial lobby, and integrated retail spaces to serve day-to-day household needs.
The handover of Phase 1 reflects ongoing construction momentum at the Wadala site. The developers confirmed that work on the subsequent phases remains underway, with future deliveries scheduled to follow as construction progresses toward completion.
