Experion Developers Appoints Vaibhav Kumar Shivhare as COO of Operations
Gurugram, July 25, 2026: Real estate firm Experion Developers has elevated Vaibhav Kumar Shivhare to the role of Chief Operating Officer – Operations, a move aimed at reinforcing its leadership framework and bolstering execution capabilities across its project portfolio, Experion Developers said in a press release.
In his new capacity, Shivhare will lead the company’s operations across project planning, execution, and delivery. His mandate includes driving operational efficiencies, enhancing cross-functional integration, and steering strategic areas such as Contracts Planning & Budgeting, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), MEP, and Horticulture. He will also focus on long-term planning, resource optimization, governance, compliance, and embedding sustainable practices throughout the company’s offerings.
Shivhare brings nearly 26 years of real estate industry experience to the position, having previously worked with major developers including DLF and Tata Housing. Known for his results-oriented approach and team-building capabilities, he served as Senior Vice President – Projects and Design & Architecture at Experion Developers prior to his current elevation. In that role, he led multidisciplinary teams and oversaw the execution of several marquee developments, including Experion Windchants, Experion Capital, Virsa, The Heartsong, and The Westerlies.
