Suraksha Accelerates Wish Town Development With 84 Towers Completed and Key Infrastructure Upgrades
Noida, July 30, 2026: Suraksha Group, which acquired Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL), has significantly accelerated construction and infrastructure development across the Wish Town township in Noida, marking substantial progress in project completion, occupancy certifications, civic infrastructure, and resident amenities, Suraksha Group said in a press conference.
The company has successfully completed the construction of 84 towers, comprising 7,913 dwelling units. Out of these, Occupancy Certificates (OCs) have been received for 42 towers comprising 4,213 dwelling units. In addition, the company has applied for OCs for 26 more towers, covering 2,229 dwelling units, with approvals expected shortly. The company has also completed the structural audit of seven towers comprising 583 dwelling units—for which the Fire NOC for two has been received and approval for the remaining five is under process—while structural audits are currently underway for another nine towers covering 888 dwelling units.
Beyond Wish Town, the company has achieved significant progress across its broader development portfolio under the approved Resolution Plan. Suraksha has secured the revalidation of the Master Plan for LFD-3 (Mirzapur Land Parcel) and filed Project Completion with YEIDA for two plotted developments: Yamuna Vihar, comprising 822 plots, and Sunnyvale Homes, comprising 467 plots. Construction across the remaining clusters is progressing steadily to meet the stipulated timelines.
In a major civic milestone, Ganga water supply has now been made available across Wish Town in Sectors 128, 129, 131, 133, and 134. Township electrical infrastructure has also been upgraded, boosting the load capacity of GSS-I from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA, alongside GSS-II operating at 9.7 MVA. On the social infrastructure front, eleven cluster clubs are expected to become operational by the end of this financial year, serving over 16,000 resident families. Additionally, RERA registration has been obtained for “Wish Point,” a commercial development in Sector 134.
Along the Yamuna Expressway, Suraksha has completed the geo-tagging of nearly 1.5 lakh trees along both sides and the central verge to support environmental preservation. To enhance road safety, AI-based image processing cameras have been deployed to detect unusual driving behaviors such as wrong-side driving, unauthorized parking, and obstacles, with ongoing upgrades adding fog detection capabilities ahead of the winter months.
Commenting on the overall progress, Jash Panchamia, Executive Director of Jaypee Infratech Limited, highlighted the organization’s focus on execution and community value.
