Royal Green Realty Appoints Deepak Khemchandani as Chief Financial Officer
Gurugram, July 31, 2026: Gurugram-based real estate developer Royal Green Realty has announced the appointment of Deepak Khemchandani as its Chief Financial Officer. Bringing over 24 years of experience across finance, accounting, financial strategy, business planning, treasury, taxation, and investor relations, Khemchandani’s expertise is expected to bolster the firm’s financial strategy and support its trajectory toward sustainable growth, Royal Green Realty said in a press release.
Throughout his career, Khemchandani has held key leadership positions at several prominent real estate organizations, including Jindal Realty, Orris Infrastructure, Shipra Group, AlphaCorp Group, and Splendor Landbase. Across these roles, he successfully spearheaded financial transformation, capital structuring, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and business expansion. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for JRL Group entities at Jindal Realty Limited, securing a promotion to the role within nine months of joining.

An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Khemchandani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from A.R.S.D. College, University of Delhi.
