Runwal Realty’s R City Mall Receives LEED Platinum Certification
Mumbai, August 5, 2026: Runwal Realty’s flagship retail destination, R City Mall, has been awarded the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Certification, recognizing the development’s adherence to global environmental and operational efficiency standards. The certification marks a significant milestone in the company’s push toward sustainable, future-ready real estate developments, Runwal Realty said in a press release.
The accreditation highlights the mall’s environmental stewardship while maintaining its position as one of Mumbai’s premier lifestyle destinations. Alongside its sustainability initiatives, the venue features one of the country’s largest entertainment zones, India’s largest Jewelry Souk, and recently introduced Mumbai’s first LEGO® Certified Store.
