TCG Real Estate Enters Premium Managed Living Space With Launch of Yukio
Pune, August 11, 2026: TCG Real Estate, a subsidiary of The Chatterjee Group, has entered the premium managed living sector with the launch of Yukio, a new brand designed for ambitious young professionals. The expansion marks the conglomerate’s entry into a new-age residential asset class focused on providing curated community environments and holistic lifestyle amenities, including game lounges, fitness centers, yoga decks, and sports facilities alongside structured community-driven programming, TCG Real Estate said in a press release.
In under a year, Yukio has grown its inventory to over 1,000 beds across two operational properties in Pune, named Yukio Jobs and Yukio Gates. The properties provide fully furnished, ready-to-move-in residences featuring ergonomic design, daily meals, housekeeping and laundry services, wellness facilities, and digital resident-management services.
“India’s urban housing landscape is evolving rapidly, with young professionals seeking higher living standards and a stronger sense of belonging. Through Yukio, the TCG has entered a category that moves beyond traditional rental housing to build an ecosystem where residents can live, learn and grow. From technology-enabled experiences to our signature Growth Lab, featuring workshops and networking opportunities, Yukio is designed to support the aspirations of upwardly mobile young professionals,” said Pratap Chatterjee, Founding Leader of Yukio and Executive Director-CFO of TCG Real Estate.
Following its initial operations in Pune, Yukio plans to scale its premium managed-living framework to major metropolitan markets across India.
“The positive response in Pune underscores the growing demand for professionally managed accommodation in India and strengthens our confidence in the sector’s long-term prospects. We are therefore accelerating our growth plans with the addition of another 1,500 beds over the next year,” added Chatterjee.
