EFC (I) Limited to Acquire 100% Stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions
Pune, August 13, 2026: Real-estate-as-a-Service firm EFC (I) Limited has signed a Share Acquisition Agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited, subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent outlined in the agreement, EFC (I) Limited said in a press release.
The strategic transaction marks an inorganic expansion for EFC’s furniture manufacturing and Design & Build businesses. The move is designed to bolster EFC’s overall manufacturing capabilities by leveraging Ultrafresh’s established production facilities for modular furniture in North India.
Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited, currently a 51% subsidiary of TTK Prestige Limited, brings a 25-year industry presence in India’s modular solutions market. The company specializes in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized modular furniture through an end-to-end model covering design, manufacturing, supply, and installation. It operates a fully functional manufacturing unit in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, alongside a dedicated design and execution team.
The acquisition serves as a natural extension of EFC’s existing portfolio, combining its manufacturing, supply-chain, and turnkey capabilities with Ultrafresh’s regional footprint and execution expertise. The integration is expected to generate operational synergies across design, supply, and customer reach while deepening EFC’s presence in the organized modular solutions sector.
