Nehlia Developers Appoints Krishan Kaushik As Vice President Of Sales And Marketing
New Delhi, August 19, 2026: Real estate firm Nehlia Developers has expanded its leadership executive team with the appointment of Krishan Kaushik as Vice President – Sales & Marketing. Bringing over 11 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership, Kaushik has established exposure within the Delhi-NCR property market, with a primary focus on Gurugram.
In his new role, Kaushik will oversee the company’s sales and marketing functions. His primary responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, expanding the firm’s channel partner network, enhancing customer engagement, executing process improvements, driving business growth, and supporting upcoming project launches.
Prior to joining Nehlia Developers, Kaushik held senior sales and marketing positions at organizations including Lamose Group, SignatureGlobal, and ROF Group. His professional background centers on revenue generation, channel partner management, team building, and performance strategy implementation across regional real estate markets, Nehlia Developers said in a press release.
