SaffronStays and Hiranandani Communities Partner for Luxury Villa Project in Alibaug
Mumbai, August 22, 2026: Vacation home management brand SaffronStays and real estate developer Hiranandani Communities have entered into a three-year strategic partnership to deliver property management and hospitality operations for the luxury villa enclave at Hiranandani Sands in Alibaug, Maharashtra. SaffronStays will oversee on-ground execution for 121 private villa plots spread across 12 acres within Hiranandani Communities’ broader 225-acre coastal township development, which carries an estimated overall topline of Rs 17,000 crore, SaffronStays said in a press release.
Under the terms of the agreement, SaffronStays will establish an on-site front office to manage end-to-end property maintenance and deliver tailored owner services, including private chefs, concierge support, transit assistance, and curated event management. Villa owners will also have the option to monetise their properties by listing them on the SaffronStays rental platform under unified operational and hospitality standards.

The gated villa community forms a distinct residential precinct within the larger integrated coastal township, which is slated to feature five hotels, a convention centre, a yacht club, and a dedicated water sports zone. Individual plot buyers will design and construct their customized residences while gaining access to centralized, professional property management from the time of handover.
