Bhumika Realty Partners With PVR INOX for 25,000-Sq.-Ft. Multiplex at The Icon in Faridabad
Delhi NCR, August 22, 2026: Bhumika Realty, the real estate arm of Bhumika Group, announced a partnership with PVR INOX Limited to establish a 25,000 sq. ft. multiscreen multiplex at The Icon, its mixed-use development on Delhi-Mathura Road in Sector 27A, Faridabad. The agreement marks the second collaboration between the two companies, following PVR INOX’s anchor presence at Urban Square in Udaipur. The repeat deal aligns with Bhumika Realty’s strategy to expand its footprint of mixed-use and retail properties across high-growth markets, Bhumika Realty said in a press release..
Under the agreement, PVR INOX will occupy space across the second and third floors of the development. The cinema complex is planned to open simultaneously with the launch of the broader retail mall. The multiplex will serve as an anchor entertainment component within The Icon’s broader commercial ecosystem, which includes retail, hospitality, and residential spaces intended to draw footfall from Sector 27A, the broader Faridabad region, and South Delhi.

Located along NH-19 on the Delhi-Mathura Road corridor, The Icon is a Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)-approved development designed by South African architecture firm Bentel Associates. The project occupies direct frontage along the primary highway artery, positioning it to capture demand from established commercial and residential catchments across Faridabad and adjacent NCR districts.
