Divyansh Group Records Rs 3,000 Crore Cumulative Turnover, Targets Rs 1,500 Crore Next Financial Year

New Delhi, August 24, 2026: Real estate developer Divyansh Group announced on Monday that it is targeting Rs 1,000 crore in revenue for the current financial year and expects to reach Rs 1,500 crore in the next financial year. Building on approximately Rs 700 crore in revenue last year, the group has recorded a cumulative turnover of around Rs 3,000 crore over the past five years.
The company’s expansion plans are supported by steady demand for residential housing across key Delhi-NCR markets, including Ghaziabad and Noida. Following this period of revenue growth, the group aims to sustain an average annual growth rate of approximately 30% over the next five years.
To deliver on its targets, the developer is focusing on project launches in well-connected areas with access to major roadways, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and modern amenities. The strategy centers on expanding its residential housing portfolio across both established and emerging locations within the region.

Commenting on the financial targets and expansion strategy, Chanderjeet Pathak, Chairman, Divyansh Group, said: “Our growth over the years has been driven by understanding homebuyers’ needs and commitment to delivering practical, well-designed housing solutions. Moving from ₹700 crore last year to ₹1,000 crore demonstrates our business strength and strong demand for quality housing in Delhi NCR. As we pursue an average growth rate of 30 per cent over the next five years, we will continue to remain focused on scaling our work, timely delivery and creating homes that offer long-term value to buyers.”
To back its growth projection, Divyansh Group currently maintains a pipeline of six ongoing projects covering approximately 4.4 million square feet. The firm also plans to launch three new residential projects within the next quarter.
