The event explored the common design philosophy connecting horology with interior architecture. “Sahyog Bharti Pandita, Managing Director, Duravit India & SAARC, said Watchmaking and bathroom design may look like two very different worlds, but they are connected by the same fundamentals: precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Both are part of our everyday lives, and when designed well, they go beyond function and become an experience. That is the thought behind The Art of Time.”

A central feature of the gathering was a hands-on horology session, during which attendees examined the internal mechanics of mechanical timepieces. The interactive experience provided guests with direct exposure to the precision and patience required in watchmaking, accompanied by panel discussions focused on design standards and the engineering behind enduring timepieces.

The initiative presented Duravit’s overall approach to design through the lens of fine watchmaking, offering attendees an alternative perspective on the brand’s creative principles.
