ACE Group Launches Luxury Residential Development ACE Arte in Sector 150 Noida
Noida, September 1, 2026: Real estate firm ACE Group has launched its 25th project, ACE Arte, a luxury residential development situated in Sector 150, Noida. Spread across approximately 15 acres on a three-side-open plot, the project features 784 three- and four-BHK neo-classical residences, with nearly 80 percent of the site dedicated to open green spaces, ACE Group said in a press release.
Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, the development incorporates neo-classical architectural elements characterized by symmetry and refined detailing. The outdoor landscaping features a sculpture court, garden walkways, a Miyawaki forest, reflexology paths, and dedicated recreational areas, alongside sports facilities including padel, pickleball, badminton, basketball, and tennis courts.
A central component of the project is its 50,000-square-foot signature clubhouse. The facility houses indoor badminton and squash courts, a gym, a Pilates studio, a temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool, a banquet hall, a business center, and an open-air rooftop lounge.

The project marks the developer’s fourth project in Sector 150, joining its existing portfolio in the area, which includes ACE Golfshire, ACE Parkway, and ACE Medley Avenue. Sector 150 has developed into a major residential and commercial sub-market within the Sports City framework, supported by regional connectivity via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and the Aqua Line Metro, as well as proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport.
