VB Group Appoints Rishikesh R Ranga as CEO to Drive Strategic Expansion
Mumbai, September 3, 2026: VB Group, a Mumbai-based developer, has appointed Rishikesh R Ranga as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the company enters a new phase of strategic expansion. With nearly 17 years of experience spanning financial services, premium real estate, sales, marketing, and business development, Ranga will lead the growth strategy, focusing on building a stronger project pipeline, expanding the development platform, and institutionalising operations, the company said in a press release.
The appointment comes as VB Group seeks to significantly scale its presence across Mumbai and Thane. The developer is targeting potential sales inventory worth approximately Rs 10,000 crore over the next two years, alongside expanding its workforce from 70-80 employees to around 300.

Ranga brings expertise across the real estate value chain, having worked in business development, sales, marketing, channel distribution, and proptech. He began his career in financial services with Aditya Birla Group and Bajaj Allianz, spending roughly six years managing institutional business sales portfolios. He later joined Lodha Group, contributing to launches including The World Towers, The Park, New Cuffe Parade, Fiorenza, The Trump Towers, and Palava. He subsequently focused on premium real estate across Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, and South Mumbai through stints at Supreme Universal, Dudhwala Group, and Piramal Realty.

As part of his mandate, Ranga will focus on new project acquisitions, development strategy, capital deployment, sales, and organizational growth. To date, VB Group has delivered 9 projects spanning approximately 1.3 million sq. ft., with another 1.8 million sq. ft. currently under development across Mumbai and Thane.
