Shadowfax Expands Logistics Network with New Channel Partner Program
New Delhi, September 4, 2026: Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the expansion of its Shadowfax 360 platform through a new Channel Partner Program, shifting beyond its digital self-serve model into an assisted distribution network. The company plans to onboard 1,000 channel partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities over the next three years, with a strategic focus on Tier 2 locations and manufacturing clusters to connect small businesses with nationwide logistics services, it said in a press release.
While Shadowfax 360 allows sellers to self-onboard digitally, many regional sellers still require on-ground support. Under the new model, local entrepreneurs acting as channel partners will onboard sellers, manage orders through the platform portal, and extend credit to help small businesses overcome digital and working-capital barriers. Partners can operate without investing in infrastructure or inventory, while Shadowfax manages pickup and delivery across 16,372 pin codes.
The program offers local sellers access to an integrated portfolio including express parcel, reverse logistics, bulky shipments via Prime Large, and high-value delivery through its CriticaLog arm. Alongside the partner network, Shadowfax is rolling out walk-in stores for individual and corporate customers, initiating launches in Chandigarh and Lucknow before expanding further into Tier 2 cities and industrial hubs.
The expansion follows a Q1 FY27 performance where the company delivered 24.7 crore orders and recorded a 65% year-on-year revenue growth to Rs 1,358 crore. Shadowfax expects the program to drive customer acquisition and support long-term revenue diversification.
