L&T Secures Large Offshore EPCIC Contract Valued Up to Rs 5,000 Crore From ONGC
New Delhi, September 9, 2026: L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore, the offshore business arm of Larsen & Toubro, has secured a large contract from state-run Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the Additional Development of Ratna–I (ADR I) and NLM-14 project off the west coast of India. The company classifies a large order as one valued between Rs 2,500 crore and Rs 5,000 crore.
Under the contract, the company will execute engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) work. The broad scope encompasses three new well-head platforms, one riser platform, multiple subsea pipeline segments and cables, as well as brownfield modifications to existing offshore installations, L&T said in a press release.
The offshore project aims to enhance production capabilities and support the ongoing development of ONGC’s energy assets in the region. L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore has delivered shallow-water and deep-water developments over four decades, backed by in-house engineering capabilities, fabrication facilities, and a fleet of marine vessels.
