MRG Group Expands MRG Crown Clubhouse to 30,000 Sq. Ft., Launches Club Jewel

Gurugram, September 12, 2026: Real estate developer MRG Group has expanded the clubhouse footprint at its premium residential project, MRG Crown, from the originally planned 22,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet. The expanded 8,000-square-foot extension to the development’s community infrastructure has been named Club Jewel, the company said in a press release.
The expansion comes as part of the group’s strategy to address evolving homebuyer expectations for integrated residential communities featuring dedicated wellness, leisure, and social amenities. Conceptualised by architect Anil Badan, Club Jewel combines modern design elements with functional common spaces intended to support recreational activities and community engagement across age groups.
The development of larger, lifestyle-led clubhouses reflects a broader trend in the residential real estate sector, where developers are prioritizing communal infrastructure and experience-oriented amenities alongside living spaces. With its upgraded footprint, Club Jewel is structured to function as the central social and wellness hub for the MRG Crown project.

Rajjath Goel, Managing Director, MRG Group, said, “At MRG, we believe the value of a residential development extends well beyond the four walls of a home. Today’s homebuyers are increasingly looking for integrated communities that offer wellness, recreation, leisure and meaningful social experiences. The expansion of Club Jewel from 22,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. reflects our commitment to responding to these evolving expectations and continually enhancing the overall living experience. This additional space allows us to create a more comprehensive lifestyle offering at MRG Crown, while reinforcing our focus on delivering long-term value to our customers.”
