PropertyPistol Elevates Hemant Bajaj to Chief Business and Marketing Officer

Mumbai, September 14, 2026: PropertyPistol has elevated Hemant Bajaj, Chief Business & Marketing Officer, expanding his executive mandate across the company’s business operations in India and international markets. In his new capacity, Hemant Bajaj will oversee PropertyPistol’s key business verticals—including Primary Sales, Mandates, Syndicate, and Loans—unifying major revenue-generating and customer-facing functions under a single leadership structure.
Since joining the firm earlier this year as Chief Marketing Officer, Hemant Bajaj has driven operational discipline and improved ROI across growth initiatives. He now heads a business organization of over 500 members, with an operational focus on profitable growth, unit economics, and scalable leverage. His professional background includes leadership roles spanning business growth, marketing, and operations across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

“Hemant brings a proven ability to translate business priorities into commercial outcomes, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability,” said Ashish Narain Agarwal, Founder & Managing Director, PropertyPistol. “Expanding his role is a natural progression of both the contribution he has made and the broader leadership capability he brings. As PropertyPistol enters its next phase, his expanded mandate will be important in driving growth and operating performance across our key businesses.”
Addressing his expanded responsibilities, Hemant Bajaj outlined a strategy focused on commercial efficiency alongside organizational scale.
“The opportunity is not simply to grow each vertical, but to improve the economics of how we grow,” said Hemant Bajaj. “My focus is on strengthening the commercial engine – improving revenue productivity and ensuring scale translates into better business outcomes. PropertyPistol has already built significant scale across developers, brokers and homebuyers; the next phase is about making that scale work harder. With clear milestones in place, the impact of this approach will be reflected in the numbers.”
