HCBS Group Completes Foundation Raft in 45 Days at Twin Horizon Project
Gurugram, September 17, 2026: HCBS Group has announced a major construction update for its ultra-luxury residential project, Twin Horizon, located in Sector 102 along the Dwarka Expressway. The developer has completed the three-level basement excavation across both residential towers and the clubhouse, while advancing foundation and structural works, HCBS Group said in a press release
The foundation raft for Tower A (4 BHK West Tower) was completed in 45 days despite monsoon challenges, marking the fastest raft execution within the project. Executed by KBE Contractor, the raft spans approximately 1,619.75 sq. m. with a thickness of 2,300 mm. Following concreting, structural work has transitioned to vertical column reinforcement and rebar threading. At Tower East, Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) work is complete, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) waterproofing membrane installation is underway.

Designed by Morphogenesis, Twin Horizon features two 34-storey towers comprising 268 three-side-open residences with private lift lobbies, wrap-around decks, a clubhouse, and an elevated infinity pool. Situated along the Dwarka Expressway, the development is located approximately 1 km from the upcoming Sector 101 Metro Station and a 20-minute drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport.
