Signature Global Enters Ultra-Luxury Segment with 194-Acre Villa Project in Gurugram West
New Delhi, September 25, 2026: Real estate developer Signature Global has announced its entry into Gurugram West (Farrukhnagar) to develop an exclusive 194.22-acre ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project. The company has acquired 25 acres of land and signed a collaboration agreement for an additional 169.22 acres, marking its foray into low-density, premium residential enclaves, it said in a press release.
The development holds approximately 6.77 million sq. ft. of developable potential, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 5,500 crore to Rs 6,000 crore. Conceived as an invitation-only destination, the project will feature luxury farmhouse villas surrounded by green spaces, sporting facilities, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities.
Located roughly 15 minutes from the Dwarka Expressway, the site offers direct frontage along the Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road and connectivity to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. The region is undergoing infrastructure upgrades, including a planned four-lane widening of the Farrukhnagar-Gurugram road at an estimated cost of Rs 365 crore and proposed alignment planning for the Gurugram-Farrukhnagar-Jhajjar highway by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Signature Global reported sales bookings of Rs 1,970 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year, following sales bookings of Rs 8,250 crore in FY2025–26. To date, the company has delivered 19.2 million sq. ft. of real estate.
