Investment Worth Rs 469 Crore Grounded for Implementation Through UPITS Platform

Greater Noida, September 27, 2026: In a step toward implementing industrial investment in Uttar Pradesh, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah presented Letters of Allotment to representatives of five companies investing in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region. According to a press release, the ceremony took place during the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026.

The five projects cover a combined area of 71,190 square meters and represent a total proposed investment of Rs 469 crore. Together, the ventures are expected to generate 4,625 employment opportunities across the region. During the event, the Home Minister interacted with investors to discuss expanding industrial capacity, investment prospects, and business acceleration within the state.

Among the recipients, C&R Textiles Private Limited was allotted 16,000 square meters. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the allotment letter for the company, which proposes an investment of Rs 104 crore and is anticipated to create 2,000 jobs.

Perfectpack Limited was allotted 16,200 square meters, proposing an investment of Rs 125 crore and 700 jobs. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia represented the firm at the presentation.

SABS Exports International Private Limited received an allotment of 16,180 square meters. Director Chetan Sabharwal accepted the letter for the project, which involves a proposed investment of Rs 87 crore and 475 potential jobs.

Simplast India Private Limited was allocated 12,000 square meters with a proposed investment of Rs 78 crore and 300 jobs, represented by Director Gaurav Chugh.

Additionally, Sahu Exports Private Limited received an allotment of 10,810 square meters for a project with a proposed investment of Rs 75 crore and 1,150 jobs. Director Sanjeev Sahu accepted the allotment on behalf of the company.

The handover of land allotment documents alongside the trade show’s inauguration highlights the state’s efforts to move signed investment proposals directly into the execution phase.
