Actor Akshaye Vinod Khanna Purchases Mumbai Apartment for Rs 33.26 Crore
Mumbai, September 28, 2026: Actor Akshaye Vinod Khanna has bought a luxury apartment on Malabar Hill in South Mumbai for Rs 33.26 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration. The transaction was officially registered in September 2026.
The property is situated at 30 Little Gibbs, Malabar Hill Road. According to the registration documents, the apartment features a carpet area of 2,341.39 sq. ft. alongside a balcony area of 175.45 sq. ft., bringing the total area to 2,516.84 sq. ft. The deal also includes three parking slots. The transaction attracted a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.99 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Malabar Hill remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential locations, situated along the Arabian Sea. The neighborhood offers access to major commercial and lifestyle hubs via arterial routes such as Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar Road, and Pedder Road, with direct connectivity to Marine Drive, Nariman Point, and Colaba.
