Omaxe Hosts Sufi Night for Noida Residents
Noida, October 15, 2026: Real estate firm Omaxe organized a Sufi Night at The Forest Spa in Sector 93B, Noida, gathering nearly 500 attendees for an evening of music and community interaction, according to a press release issued by the company. The invite-only event featured a live performance by singer Aditi Sharma and aimed to mark the company’s continued engagement with the residents of the residential complex.
The Forest Spa, delivered in the company’s early years, stands as one of its prominent luxury residential developments in the region. The event was held to highlight resident engagement and the ongoing relationship between the developer and homeowners following the completion of the housing project.
Commenting on the occasion, Mohit Goel, Managing Director of Omaxe Limited, said, “For us, delivering a project is only one part of our relationship with the people who choose to make it their home. The real measure of a development lies in the community it nurtures and the relationships that endure over time. The Forest Spa holds a special place in Omaxe’s journey, and it is heartening to see this bond with its residents remain strong years after delivery. We believe our responsibility extends beyond creating spaces to fostering communities that continue to connect, engage and grow together.”
According to the statement, such cultural initiatives form part of the developer’s broader strategy to maintain ties with resident communities and promote social engagement beyond the delivery of physical infrastructure.
