The applications include project feasibility assessments, legal and title scrutiny, design optimization, HVAC planning, green building compliance, procurement, and post-handover maintenance. AI technology has also been integrated into the company’s marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Highlighting AI’s evolving role in real estate, Navin Kumar, Managing Director, Navin’s, emphasized its potential to deliver long-term operational efficiencies while noting the growing accessibility of home automation solutions for buyers. He underscored the importance of selecting technologies tailored to the specific requirements of each project. As part of this approach, at the company’s Navin’s #14 College Road project, robots will facilitate deliveries from the ground floor, while service delivery will remain human-led to combine technological convenience with personal attention.
In addition to its technology initiatives, the developer is focusing on sustainable development by registering its upcoming residential projects at Thirumudivakkam and Muttukadu under the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Green Building Rating System.
