New Delhi, October 22, 2026: Full-stack supply chain company Prozo has recorded a 50 percent year-on-year growth in the financial year 2026 compared to 2025, according to a press release issued by the firm. The company has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 62 percent since 2022, while its logistics division has scaled to an annual recurring revenue of over Rs 125 crore.

Prozo has maintained EBITDA positivity for eight consecutive quarters and PBT positivity for the last four quarters. Its multi-client fulfilment network now spans over 1.5 million square feet across India. Operating through both third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) models, the company caters to brands across sectors including FMCG, apparel, beauty, home and kitchen, and industrial products as businesses expand across D2C, marketplaces, general trade, and modern trade channels.

Under its 3PL model, Prozo leases facilities, deploys capital expenditure, and manages warehouse operations directly. Its 4PL model collaborates with regional operators by providing technology, operating oversight, and Control Tower capabilities. Prozo currently operates over 10 4PL fulfilment centres covering more than 2 lakh square feet, serving brands such as Traya, Plix, and SolarSquare. Over the next three years, the company aims to establish a network of more than 1,000 warehouses across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

The company’s execution and governance infrastructure is powered by its proprietary technology stack, including ProWMS for warehouse management and ProShip for transportation workflows. These tools integrate with major enterprise and market systems like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Vinculum, and SAP, feeding data into Prozo’s Control Tower to enable real-time visibility, SLA governance, and exception management across multiple fulfillment channels.

“We have evolved from a warehousing business into an integrated supply chain platform spanning fulfilment, logistics and technology,” said Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and CEO, Prozo. “Brands today are operating across multiple channels and geographies, each with different demand patterns, inventory requirements and SLAs. The challenge is therefore not only access to distributed infrastructure, but having visibility and control across the entire network. Our focus is to deepen our physical network, strengthen our execution technology and Control Tower capabilities, and give brands the flexibility and operating control they need as they scale.”
