Arisinfra Subsidiary Secures Third Transcon Mandate for Rs 250 Crore Santacruz Project
Mumbai, October 28, 2026: Arisinfra Solutions Limited announced that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited, has been appointed as the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) partner by Transcon Group for Transcon Ramdev Plaza Phase II in Santacruz (West), Mumbai, according to a press release issued by the company.
The appointment under the company’s CATALYST module marks the third mandate awarded to Unitern by Transcon Group, following Phase I of the same development and the Transcon UNO project in Kalina. With this agreement, the cumulative Gross Development Value (GDV) under Unitern’s DaaS mandates expands to over Rs 2,750 crore.
Transcon Ramdev Plaza Phase II consists of retail shops and premium small-office spaces covering approximately 0.56 lakh square feet of RERA carpet area for free sale, representing an estimated GDV of Rs 250 crore. The 18-month mandate requires Unitern to oversee project completion, direct sales, manage channel partners, handle collections, and facilitate construction material supply through the ARIS platform. Construction is currently at an advanced stage with all necessary regulatory approvals, including RERA, already secured.
Commenting on the agreement, Srinivasan Gopalan, CEO, Arisinfra Solutions Ltd., said: “A third mandate from Transcon is strong validation of the DaaS model. CATALYST is built for projects like Ramdev Plaza Phase II, which are nearing completion. We accelerate sales and closure, creating liquidity for both the developer and its lender.”
