New Delhi, October 29, 2026: Multimodal logistics operator Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, recording a total revenue of Rs 585.6 crore, compared to Rs 570.4 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year, according to a company press release.

The company’s EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 131.5 crore, up from Rs 123.4 crore in Q2 FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose to Rs 79.0 crore from Rs 68.7 crore in the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 58.5 crore, down from Rs 66.3 crore in Q2 FY26.

The decline in PAT was attributed to the company transitioning into a new tax regime effective April 1, 2026, opting for the concessional tax rate of 25.17% under Section 115BAA, compared to an effective tax rate of 9.57% in the previous year due to MAT credit availment. The company noted that cash outgo for tax payments saw an insignificant increase to 18.88% from 17.47% due to the utilization of accumulated MAT credit.

Total throughput for the quarter was recorded at 1,91,749 TEUs, compared to 1,97,642 TEUs in Q2 FY26. The rail vertical handled 1,02,970 TEUs, up from 1,01,240 TEUs, while the container freight station (CFS) vertical processed 88,779 TEUs compared to 96,402 TEUs in the previous year. For H1 FY27, total revenue reached Rs 1,139.3 crore with a PAT of Rs 109.8 crore.

Commenting on the performance, Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, said, “The container business witnessed a strong recovery compared to Q1, with revenue growing by 12%, EBITDA by 15.3%, and PAT by 23%, despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties and a subdued macroeconomic environment. This performance is particularly encouraging given the continued challenges of container imbalances and erratic vessel schedules, without which our growth could have been even stronger.”

“While near-term uncertainties persist, we remain optimistic about our medium-term growth prospects. The commencement of EXIM operations at Ankleshwar, the progress of our upcoming Indore ICD, and the anticipated benefits from India’s recently signed trade agreements provide strong growth opportunities for the business. Snowman Logistics also continues to expand its network and is on track to reach a capacity of 175,000 pallets by mid-2027,” Gupta added.
