J Estates Partners With Emoha for Senior Living Project in Sohna, Targets Rs 525 Crore Sales
Gurugram, November 3, 2026: Real estate developer J Estates has partnered with elder-care network Emoha to launch a senior living project, J 36, in Sector 36, Sohna, Gurugram, targeting an estimated sales potential of Rs 525 crore, according to a press release issued by the company.
Spread across approximately 3.825 acres, the development will comprise 190 residential units. The project offers apartments in 2 BHK + caregiver, 2.5 BHK + caregiver, and 3.5 BHK + caregiver configurations, with unit sizes measuring approximately 2,008 sq. ft., 2,186 sq. ft., and 2,535 sq. ft., respectively. The average starting price for the residences is approximately Rs 2.40 crore. Every apartment includes a dedicated caregiver room to support independent living while providing access to personalized assistance.
J Estates will oversee the development and construction of the project, while Emoha will manage elder-care services, wellness, and community operations.
