Arkade Developers Expands Mumbai Footprint with Rs 146-Crore Acquisition in Bhandup West
Mumbai, November 3, 2026: Listed real estate developer Arkade Developers Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shareholding in Woollen and Textile Industries Ltd for a total consideration of Rs 146 crore, according to a press release issued by the company. The entire transaction amount has been paid.
The acquisition includes a land parcel measuring 14,363.60 square metres in Bhandup West, marking the company’s second land acquisition in the micro-market. Arkade Developers plans to construct a premium residential development on the site, with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 1,800 crore.
The transaction aims to consolidate the developer’s presence across high-growth residential corridors in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company’s existing portfolio along the central line includes Arkade Earth in Kanjurmarg, Arkade Nest in Mulund, and Arkade Rare in Bhandup. Additionally, the company is scheduled to launch a flagship project in Thane during FY27.
