BhumiBazar Validates MVP, Outlines Expansion and AI-Native Growth Strategy
Noida, November 3, 2026: AI-driven B2B PropTech company BhumiBazar Propex Private Limited has achieved successful validation of its Minimum Viable Product (MVP), according to a press release issued by the company.
Launched on May 30, 2026, in Noida and Greater Noida, the bootstrapped startup has organically onboarded over 500 active brokers, facilitated more than 700 verified property listings, and recorded over 200 average daily active users without performance-marketing campaigns. Its proprietary database currently covers more than 600 registered real estate projects.
Unlike consumer-facing property portals, BhumiBazar is building an integrated B2B operating system for real estate brokers, firms, and enterprises. The platform combines property discovery, project intelligence, architectural layout comparisons, verified listings, and cost-sheet tools to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
As part of its growth roadmap, BhumiBazar is preparing an enterprise-grade platform release for January 2027. The upgrade will incorporate an AI-native database, an in-house Large Language Model (LLM) gateway, and specialized agentic AI workflows designed to extract, validate, and structure fragmented property records. Over the next 12 to 24 months, the company plans to expand into 25 Indian cities, targeting a database of over 150,000 real estate projects, and is preparing for institutional fundraising to accelerate its expansion.
