Pioneer Urban Unveils Alura Serviced Residences with Over Rs 3,500-Crore Investment in Gurugram
Gurugram, November 3, 2026: Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Ltd. has announced the launch of Alura, an ultra-luxury serviced residences project located in Pioneer District, Sector 62, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, according to a press release issued by the company.
The development involves a total project investment exceeding Rs 3,500 crore, with an expected sales realization of over Rs 9,000 crore. Spread across 6.99 acres of licensed land, Alura will comprise approximately 250 residences across two towers. Spaces will range from 7,000 to 15,000 square feet, offering signature residences, duplexes, and penthouses designed around a philosophy of friction-free living.
Architectural planning for the development is led by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), with the East Tower designed to rise approximately 200 metres. Residences will feature slab-to-slab heights of 13.5 feet, private elevator lobbies, and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The project master plan incorporates a vehicle-free ground plane, routing vehicular circulation underground.
The development features approximately 1.5 lakh square feet of residence club facilities, providing concierge services, housekeeping, valet, and in-residence support. Planned amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, dining spaces, a gymnasium, spa, sports facilities, and a business centre. Construction is currently underway, with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2031.
