Bengaluru-based firm VDB launches Azure at Gunjur

Real estate player Value Design build Pvt. Ltd. (VDB) has announced its upcoming project VDB Azure at Gunjur in Bengaluru.
According to a release, the project is in close proximity to many local and international schools and has easy access to the city via the Carmelram Railway Station and Whitefield Railway Station.
The release said Gunjur with its proximity to the IT hubs of the Whitefield and Sarjapur and campuses on the Outer Ring Road is a prime real estate. The project comprises 108 apartments of 2, 3 & 4BHK in a G + 17-storey tower and is designed to cater to the life of today’s professionals and their families. VDB Azure is set to be the first project to elevate Gunjur into Bengaluru’s next residential hotspot, the release said.
Koshy Varghese, Managing Director, VDB, said, “We believe in developing areas that have the potential to grow while we put up our buildings. Gunjur, till a couple of years ago, was an unknown quantity. Today, there are almost 30 developments coming up in and around the area”
VDB is a Bengaluru-based company, incorporated in September 2002 and it has completed 15 projects in Bengaluru and Mysore comprising a mix of residential and commercial buildings.
