GDA invites tenders for projects worth Rs 115 cr

Ghaziabad Development Authority has invited tenders for various developmental projects with an estimated expenditure of about Rs 115 crore.
According to a published media report, the proposed projects include a four-lane flyover from ALT to Kavi Nagar and a multi-storey residential flat complex under the Sawajwadi Aawas Yojna in Koyal Enclave.
SC Diwedi, GDA Chief Engineer was quoted in media said, more than 20 tenders have been floated for development works in Ghaziabad. “The estimated cost for the ALT- Kavi Nagar flyover is Rs 35.88 crore and that for the residential project in Koyal Enclave is Rs 78.38 crore,” he said.
Tenders for these two projects can be submitted from May 16 to 26. The Authority will analyse the tenders and finalise the firms by the end of July. The names of the selected firms will most likely be declared on July 28,” he said. “Both the projects will be completed in 18 months,” Diwedi added.
