PropTiger’s ‘Right to Home’ expo to be held on February 6, 7

PropTiger.com has announced the launch of the second edition of its ‘Right to Home’ expo, which will have a two-part structure – a brick-and-mortar event this month followed by a virtual event in March.

The offline event will be held at prime venues in all the major residential real estate markets in the country.

The event, said a press release, will help buyers grab attractive offers on purchase of RERA-approved projects, including lucrative on-the-spot offers, lowest price guarantees, tailor-made payment plans, GST and stamp duty waivers, assured gold coins on bookings and home loan assistance.

During the two-day event scheduled for February 6 and 7, over 70 leading developers will participate to showcase over 40,000 units in their projects located across top eight cities, namely Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, MMR and Pune.

Some of the prominent developers, which are showcasing in the expo, include Godrej, Brigade, Sobha, Prestige, Purvankara, ShapoorjiPallonji, and Merlin.
