Raunaq breaks into the top 10 in MMR
Raunak Group has broken into the top 10 developers, at number 4 in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for the first time, according to a press release issued by the company.
As India’s foremost institutional growth expert to the realty sector, Xanadu helped the developer to sell off more than 70 pc of its inventory in 2020. The fourth spot in the region is basis inventory absorption for the period April-November 2020.
A remarkable feat in itself, achieving this in a pandemic-aggrieved economy makes it an especially proud moment for both Raunak Group and Xanadu, said the release.
Xanadu, it said further, focuses on understanding the business objective, or helpredefine it, and does a thorough analysis of the problem, to provide unique growth led marketing and sales solutions. Raunak Group is one of the leading developers in the MMR area with over 150 projects spread across Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan, including luxury, premium and affordable segments, according to the release.
Rajan Bandelkar, Director, Raunak Group, said, “As one of the leading developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Raunak Group is committed to delivering best-in-class residential and commercial projects across customer segments, be it luxury or affordable. In line with this vision, we are delighted to be featured amongst the top 10 developers in the region. Xanadu Realty as our growth partner, has helped us to drive superlative growth since 2019. We look forward to building on this successful partnership and working with Xanadu Realty on more projects in 2021 and beyond.”
Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO, Xanadu Realty, added, “Xanadu Realty has a singular vision: to accelerate business growth for the Indian realty sector by leveraging in-depth market intelligence and tech-driven solutions to create unique value propositions. We are proud to be associated with Raunak Group and are extremely pleased to be a part of the journey where the company broke into the list of top 10 developers in a market as competitive as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.”
