Hiranandani develops 2.6 million sq. ft. of commercial space in Thane township

Hiranandani Group has developed 2.6 million commercial real estate space in Hiranandani Estate township spanned across 350 acres on Ghodbunder Road, Thane, near Mumbai.
The group deployed about Rs 1,000 crore of investment for this development at Hiranandani Business Park, said a press release.
The ready-to-lease ‘Quantum’ is a 25-storey tower spread across 0.6 million sq. ft with Occupation Certificate and ‘Centaurus’ tower is 21 storeys spread across 2 million sq. ft to be ready by December 2022.
The commercial development, said the release, is in alignment to the new normal that demands workspace near homes. The two commercial towers will offer ‘walk to work’ lifestyle balancing employee wellness and customer centricity: two new watchwords in commercial real estate, added the release.
Niranjan Hiranandani, Founder & MD, Hiranandani Group, said, “Value offices’ near value homes in an integrated township is an ideal ‘Future of Work’ scenario post-COVID. It offers the value proposition in terms of emerging location, futuristic infrastructure and thriving socio-civic amenities offering holistic living at all-inclusive destinations.”
