All allottees in Noida now have option to apply for CC online
All allottees in Noida will now get an option to apply for completion certificates online. They will also be able to self-assess the infringement of the building plan rules and pay the compounding charges to Noida Authority online.
So far, the Authority was processing applications of only industrial and residential allottees online. On August 24, it expanded the scope of its online services for all allottees, including commercial, group housing and institutional users.
Officials quoted in media reports said, at present only 21 applications for completion certificates are pending with the Authority, while the remaining ones have been disposed of.
“Either the completion certificate has been issued or the allottees have been asked to submit the pending documents to get the same. Currently, only 21 out of 1,626 applications are pending at our end,” said an official from the Authority.
CEO Ritu Maheshwari said a maximum of 90 days will be taken to dispose of an application for issuing the completion certificate.
“Alerts will be sent out to the registered mobile number of an allottee at every stage. Applicants will be informed to furnish the required documents because of which the application remains pending through text messages,” she said.
