Pushpanjali launches Upscale living project in Dehradun

Dehradun-based Pushpanjali Realms and Infratech launched a premium luxury residential project Pushpanjali Upscale Living at Teg Bahadur Road in Dalanwala, Dehradun.

According to a press release, all the 21 bungalow-style residences in seven-storey luxurious living comprising private basement car park as well as rooftop swimming pool have been crafted in grand fashion on a sprawling ground exceeding 2800 sq. meter.

It said ultra-luxurious apartments, bungalow sized- 3,000 – 4,000 sq ft, 3BHK, 21 units, are highly priced due to amenities. The minimum price for such apartments is Rs 2crore each. The 3BHK apartments range from 3,013 sq ft to 3,255 sq ft and 4BHK range from 3,255 sq ft to 4, 180 sq ft.

The release said Pushpanjali Upscale Living provides earthquake-resistant RRC frame structure with brick filler walls. It provides smart home automation with one-touch controls and remote to all lights and electrical.

The project started in January 2014 and will be ready for end-users by December next year.
