CREDAI Telangana announces the 2nd edition of the Warangal Property Show

Warangal, October 11, 2022: CREDAI, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, Warangal, announced the 2^nd Edition of the CREDAI Warangal Property show 2022. The announcement for the Property Show was made in the presence of E. Prem Sagar Reddy, President-Elect, CREDAI Telangana; Jagan Mohan, Vice President, CREDAI Telangana; Sharat Babu, Joint Secretary, CREDAI Telangana; Satyanarayana Reddy, President, CREDAI Warangal; J. Manohar, General Secretary, CREDAI Warangal; S. Amarlingeshwar Rao, Treasurer, CREDAI Warangal; M. Ravinder Reddy, Organizing Secretary, CREDAI Warangal; Varun Agarwal, Youth Wing Convenor, CREDAI Warangal along with other executive members, member developers, and representatives of several suppliers, and financial institutions.

CREDAI Warangal has conceptualized and managed the CREDAI Warangal Property Show 2022  to showcase the best real estate projects in the Tri-City including Apartments, Villas, Plots, and Commercial Spaces under one roof. The Property Show is scheduled to take place on October 15^th and 16^th at Warangal at Vishnu Priya Gardens, Hunter Road, Hanumakonda. The biggest property show is expected to attract a large number of customers, accelerating the development of the region’s sector and enabling the betterment of the real estate sector in Telangana State. 

Speaking on the occasion, E. Prem Sagar Reddy, President-Elect, CREDAI Telangana said, “We are confident of the fact that the property show will serve as a great opportunity for the builders to showcase their projects at the 2^nd CREDAI Warangal Property Show 2022. Warangal is the Historical City that is emerging as a rapidly growing Futuristic Hub and an epicenter for development in the state. The city has recently been identified as a UNESCO Global Network of Learning City. Warangal is also one of the 13 Smart Cities for fast-track development and transformation.”

Adding to this, Satyanarayana Reddy, President, of CREDAI Warangal said, “We are delighted to host the CREDAI Property show in Warangal for the second time. Since the formation of the state of Telangana, the real estate industry has made remarkable strides. At CREDAI, we support the growth of the real estate sector and advocate for initiatives that emphasize client satisfaction and adherence to the industry’s highest ethical standards. Through the right offerings, we hope to provide customers with the correct value at the appropriate moment. Warangal city currently has 84 ongoing projects and the cost of these projects works out to Rs 2,860 crore, which comprises Area Based Development (ABD) projects (Rs 2707 crore) and PAN city (Rs 153 crore).”

Adding to this, J. Manohar, General Secretary, CREDAI Warangal said, “The real estate sector was lagging behind the rest of the country, however, due to proactive policies and initiatives by the state government the real estate sector in Telangana, particularly Warangal has flourished.  The realty sector has shown substantial growth and helped enhance the reputation of real estate developers across the country. The smart city projects are categorized into seven modules – 20 projects with 66 sub-projects, which have mainly focused on those areas that directly impact the life of the common man.”

We will have 98 stalls at the property show under different categories for developers and product vendors to showcase the best properties in Warangal under one roof.”
