NAREDCO Introduces Tamil Nadu Chapter

April 3, 2024: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), real estate body that works under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt of India, announced the establishment of its newest chapter, NAREDCO Tamil Nadu.
Under the leadership of Gnanasehar as President, along with a team of dedicated professionals, the newly elected body is poised to spearhead initiatives that will drive innovation, promote best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance within the real estate industry, said a press release issued by NAREDCO.

Expressing his views on this auspicious occasion, G Hari Babu, National President of NAREDCO, “The formation of NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter underscores our commitment to cater to the diverse needs and challenges of the real estate sector at the regional level. We are confident that under the able leadership of Gnanasehar, the chapter will play a pivotal role in advancing the interests of the real estate community while contributing to the socio-economic development of Tamil Nadu.”
Furthermore, he commended the efforts of the newly elected body and emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in driving sustainable growth across all segments of the real estate sector. He stated, “NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter holds immense potential to drive positive change and foster a conducive environment for real estate development in the state. We look forward to working closely with the chapter to address key challenges and unlock new opportunities in the region.”
In his statement, Gnanasehar, President of NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and his team by the members of NAREDCO. He said, “It is indeed a privilege to lead NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter and work towards advancing the interests of the real estate fraternity in the state. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency, and will strive to create an ecosystem that fosters growth, innovation, and inclusivity.”
The newly elected body of NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter comprises V Shankar as the General Secretary, GR Venkatesh as Executive Vice President, and Vijay Reddy as the Treasurer. Additionally, the Governing Council Members includes Eswar Chitturi, V Murugesan and R Venkatesan.
NAREDCO presently maintains state chapters across Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Delhi, and Uttarakhand.
The newly formed NAREDCO Tamil Nadu chapter aims to establish robust connections with authorities like the Town Planning Department, RERA, and local bodies and promote collaboration among real estate stakeholders to effectively address the concerns of all involved parties. Through proactive advocacy for policy reforms, it endeavors to overcome obstacles that have hindered the growth of the real estate sector within the region.
